Reaching the world for Christ
How to give
They
are
many
areas
where
most
people
don’t
realise
they
need
help
with
and
giving
is
one
of
such
areas.
The
Bible
declares
that the disciples came unto Jesus and asked him to teach them how to pray.
Luke 11:1
Now
it
came
to
pass,
as
He
was
praying
in
a
certain
place,
when
He
ceased,
that
one
of
His
disciples
said
to
Him,
"Lord,
teach
us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
The
Bible
declares
that
Jesus
taught
them
in
regards
to
prayer
how
they
should
pray,
saying
"Our
father
in
heaven".
The
Bible
declares,
Ask
and
it
shall
be
given
unto
you,
and
let
every
man
who
lacks
wisdom
ask
God
who
freely
gives
and
find
no
faults
in
him.
(Mat
7:7-11,
James
1:5).
When
it
comes
to
giving,
the
Bible
declares
that
God
looks
at
the
heart
and
God
loves
a
cheerful
giver
for
he
gives
cheerfully
himself
(2
cor
9:7)
When
the
Children
gave
unto
the
Lord
the
Bible
declares
that
the
offerings
which
were accepted, were given willingly.
Ex 25:3
Then
the
LORD
spoke
to
Moses,
saying:
"Speak
to
the
children
of
Israel,
that
they
bring
me
an
offering.
From
everyone
who
gives
it
willingly
with
his
heart
you
shall
take
My
offering.
And
this
is
the
offering
which
you
shall
take
from
them:
gold,
silver,
and bronze;
God
looks
at
the
heart
in
case
you
are
wondering
what
the
size
of
your
offering
should
be.
When
the
people
came
into
the
temple
to
give
unto
the
Lord,
the
Bible
declares
Jesus
beheld
as
the
people
gave,
and
a
certain
widow
showed
up
who
gave
her
last
mites.
The
Bible
declares
she
gave
the
most
for
out
of
her
need
she
gave
unto
the
Lord.
(Mark
12:
41-44).
You
may
not
have
much
on
you
or
anything
at
all,
but
as
long
as
you
have
a
heart
to
sow,
the
Bible
declares
it
is
God
that
gives
seed
to
the
sower
(2nd Cor 9: 10
2 Cor 8:12
12 For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.
You
may
say
to
me
"I
don’t
have
anything
to
give
financially,
well
the
Bible
says
they
first
of
all
offered
themselves
to
God
(2nd
Cor
8:5).
It
may
surprise
you
to
know
that
God
acknowledges
the
fact
that
you
may
not
have
seed
to
sow
based
on
2
Cor
8:12.
Never
allow
condemnation
or
manipulation
creep
on
you
based
on
your
inability
to
give
to
God.
If
he
needs
a
sacrifice,
he’ll
provide
a
lamb
like
he
did
with
Abraham.
Luke
2:36-37
says
Anna
the
widow
served
God
with
fasting’s
and
prayers
and
you
can do likewise and give of yourself unto Gods work.
